ABOUT THE PRACTITIONER
Rita Tarvydaite is an experienced Clinical Herbalist and Naturopath (Dip.Herb, Dip.Nat), lecturer and graduate of CNM Dublin, with almost a decade of clinical practice. She has developed a highly personalised, evidence-informed approach that brings together clinical herbal medicine, naturopathy, nutrition, nutraceuticals, lifestyle medicine and functional medicine principles.
Following four years of professional training, Rita graduated with diplomas in Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy, receiving an award for both clinical and academic excellence. Alongside her clinical work, she has extensive experience in professional education within the natural health sector, including training professionals in nutritional supplements, and herbal medicine.
Her clinical approach is deliberately comprehensive. Rather than viewing symptoms or body systems in isolation, Rita considers the connections between health history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, medical investigations and, where appropriate, advanced functional testing. This allows recommendations to be individually tailored and may include personalised herbal formulations, nutritional and nutraceutical protocols, lifestyle interventions and functional testing.
"My goal is to understand the person behind the symptoms and bring together the different factors influencing their health. By giving clients the knowledge, tools and support they need, I hope to empower them to make informed decisions about their long-term health" – Rita Tarvydaite, Clinical Herbalist & Naturopath
Rita is passionate about helping to bridge the gap between complementary and conventional healthcare. Where appropriate, she reviews existing blood tests, laboratory investigations and medical reports, and works alongside GPs, consultants and other healthcare professionals to help provide comprehensive, coordinated support.
Rita works with clients throughout Ireland and internationally through remote consultations, allowing personalised naturopathic support to be accessible regardless of location.
